P.S Don’t beg to join if the party is already full but wait patiently outside water entrance for available slot. I will automatically invite those who wait patiently when there is slot.
(NOTE: This schedule will only be available if we own a Town and has Guild Gold Excess)
l Guild Hunting Party – This will be held everyday before and after doing water. There will be no budget on this but give activity to members for a Guild hunt. For hunting, I will lend another mortal character to help those who want to hunt their items or certain needs. Because of my busy schedule, the character I will lend will be on CC Mode.
l Guild Treasury Room – A detailed list on Guild Expenses will be posted by me to inform everyone in the Guild where the Guild Tax went.
l Guild PvP Time – Depending on Guild War and Siege War performance, I will announce to Guild a PvP Practice to enhance Guild PK Skills and being adept to control member characters. This will be held weekly to better improve character handling, team work and coordination in different situations, may it be Guild War, Siege War and Hunting Raids.
l Scrap Events (Bone Quest) – I will require BQ attendance on every BQ event. Those who will join BQ will have a share of the scraps we get in BQ. It will be stored until it will reach 100 Lak or Ori powder and distributed to those the most attendance on BQ. Also, those who have perfect attendance on BQ will be given a benefit from me and probably an evaluation for being chosen for Sub-Chief Weekly Cycle. BQ starts at 21:00 in-game time so be sure to come 20:45 in-game time to better prepare. There is also the elixir event, which you can join if you have a ticket. The ticket can be bought in nell and you can get Experience Box and Adamantite item in it. It will start on 22:00 in-game time where the BQ is held.
l Appointing Guild Chiefs – I will only appoint two Sub-Chiefs for now. 1 Sub-Chief will be appointed by Election, which will be chosen by Guild Member’s vote and the other one will be a weekly Cycle. Weekly Sub-Chief Cycle means, every week, I will chose a member and appoint him as Sub-Chief. Then he will reign as Sub-Chief for a week then another chosen member will replace him after 1 week. This will continue until I have found a really capable Sub-Chief from Guild members then he will be permanently Sub-Chief. When that happens I will make a third Sub-Chief with the same procedure until all 3 Permanent Sub-Chiefs are chosen. The Elected Sub-Chief will have his title permanently, so vote wisely for the Elected Sub-Chief.
l Making Ancient Weapon and +10 Armor – In the event that a member wants to make an ancient weapon or +10 armor, I will help him only if he has already the ingredients needs to make one. If he succeed in making 1 then I don’t need to help him but if he fails, I will help him buy or lend another weapon if he fails ancient and for +10, I will lend him 40% Gold he used to make +10. The member wish to make Ancient or +10 should inform me first before doing it. There must be only one member who will attempt ancient or +10 every week and his set already must be complete +9 and Good Option.
l +9 Weapons and Armor Set – I will not give Laktorerium Powder Distribution but every week, I will help at least two members to buy their +9 good option armor or weapon to help them complete their sets. I will be just helping players that I can see they are giving some effort and trying hard to help there selves to be strong and help the Guild. If they fail to hunt their armors or weapon then they should try their best to save Gold by hunting other sellable items and selling and quest to have half the price of the +9 Armor or Weapon they wish to buy. The same with Last Skill, I will pay half the price of the +9 armor or Weapon he needs. In the event that a member already had his armor or weapon but is not yet +9, then I will help make it +9. Ofcourse, he will pay half of the amount Lak’s that is being used to make his +9 Armor.
l Guild War Provisions – As for now, I can only offer two naiads during this incoming Guild War. I will give it to our bloods since they are our healers and can resurrect us when we die. I encourage everyone to save Gold and buy naiads for Guild War. They will give you another life depending on the + of your naiads. +9 give you +9 lives. Since there is a crisis on lak powders right now, just make them +6 and used blessed fairy water to +6 them and those who can’t afford wcoins, used Oriharukon Powder to make them +6. To better equip on Guild War, buy pots and mana pots depending on how low your mana is. Mana pots are essential to Blood Foemas, Black Foemas and other class which rely on mana to do damage. For those who don’t need mana, then buy healing potions. In the long run, I will make a budget for Guild Provisions, for now, let’s help one another. Helped the weak and those who can’t afford on merchant nell.
l Member Last Skill Distribution – I will help provide those members who have no Last Skill every week using Guild Treasury Tax Gold or my own money. There will be only 1 member that I will help each week. There is a condition for my help to be fair to all members. Since Last Skill cost 50m, I will help pay half the price for the Last Skill and that is 25m. The condition is, the member who wants to be helped must have save 25m Gold or 5 pieces of water M scrolls in order for him to be helped by me. I prefer they give 5 pieces of water M and I give 50m for the Last Skill. The 5 water M shall be put on Guild Treasury and be used for Guild Water.
l Guild Member Salary – Only when the Guild Successfully attack or defend a town, depending on the Town Tax that we get, the salary will vary from those members who are online at that time and participated Guild War and Siege War. Not all of the Town Tax will be used for salary but 25% of the Tax Will be Save for Emergency Use and 25% will be set aside for Guild Water, Last Skill and +9 Armor Distribution. 50% will be used on salary.
l Quest Ticket – For new players on the Guild, I will help them once a week. By giving them Gold for the quest tickets they need to go to quest. The rest should be up to them to CC mode and hunt the tickets. They should go to quest to hunt better equips and reach level 200 fast so they can catch up on high Guild Water High Level Sessions.
l Guild Events – Every now and then, I will host a Guild Event, depending on Guild Treasury Gold.
l Guild Goals – Training every member to become a pro WYD Global player and become the strongest and top 1 Guild in WYD Global. We are now merge with Rock Guild which has become our Main Guild and ONRPG sub Guild where new players and none-pro players will be trained and become strong then transfer to Main Guild which is the main bulk of our strength.
Guild Rules
1. Everyone must speak English in the Guild Chat
2. No swearing in the Guild Chat
3. Treat everyone equally, regardless of levels.
4. Respect your Chief Leader and Sub- Chiefs.
5. No quarrelling in the Guild, if there is a problem, Inform the Chief Leader or the Sub-Chiefs ASAP to resolve the problem.
6. No begging in the Guild.
7. Always be nice to other players.
8. Respect of agreements for everyone, and do not attack the same kingdom unless something happened.
9. Do not play both sides, like having another character in enemies' Guild.
10. For Guild War/Kingdom War, who doesn't attend without a good reason get a warning and a demerit on Guild which results into not getting the benefit in Guild such as Last Skill Distribution, Guild Member Salary, Guild War Provisions and so on which active members benefited to.
11. Failure to comply 3 times of the Guild Rules will result in a kick from the Guild.
12. Play fairly, anyone from Guild caught scamming, hacking or using cheat programs will be kick immediately.
13. In-active members for 1 week without a good reason will be kick automatically.
14. Always keep in mind the guild rules and follow them.
